παιρνω Κορτιζονη 8 mg την ημερα επειδη διεγνωσθει ρευματικη πολυμυαλγια. Μπορω να παρω παραλληλα 6 τεμαχια DEPON 500 , επειδη ποναω ?

Στην περίπτωση της ρευματικής πολυμυαλγίας ο πόνος δεν υποχωρεί με την λήψη depon. Αυτό που χρειάζεστε είναι επανεκτίμηση από τον Ρευματολόγο σας για ρύθμιση της αγωγής.

Στη Ρευματική Πολυμυαλγία, η αρχική δόση κορτιζόνης είναι 20 mg/μέρα (κάποιοι συνάδερφοι ξεκινούν και με 15 mg/μέρα). Πρέπει να παίρνετε αυτή τη δόση για ένα μήνα και στη συνέχεια αρχίζει μια προοδευτική και αργή μείωση που θα διαρκέσει αρκετούς μήνες μέχρι την πλήρη διακοπή της κορτιζόνης. Η παρακεταμόλη (το Depon) δεν θα σας βλάψει, όμως το ερώτημα που προκύπτει είναι μήπως υποθεραπεύεστε (δεν παίρνετε δηλαδή την κανονική δόση), αν τα 8mg/μέρα είναι η αρχική δόση.
