Μπορώ να μείνω έγκυος με ρευματοειδή αρθρίτιδα και Enbrel;
Καλησπέρα σας. Έχω ρευματοειδή αρθρίτιδα (ωστόσο οι ρευματικές εξετάσεις μου βγαίνουν αρνητικές αλλά είναι ανεβασμένη η CRP και η καθίζηση) και λαμβάνω ενέσεις Enbrel. Μπορώ να ξεκινήσω προσπάθειες για να μείνω έγκυος;

Καταρχήν, προκειμένου να ξεκινήσετε προσπάθειες τεκνοποίησης, θα πρέπει η Ρευματοειδής Αρθρίτιδα να είναι σε ύφεση για τουλάχιστον 6 μήνες. Στη συνέχεια θα πρέπει να σταματήσετε το Enbrel για τουλάχιστον 3 εβδομάδες και μετά να ξεκινήσετε προσπάθειες τεκνοποίησης. Το Enbrel θα το ξαναρχίσετε ΜΕΤΑ τον τοκετό και σε περίπτωση που θηλάσετε ΜΕΤΑ το τέλος της γαλουχίας.
