Μπορώ να κάνω την ένεση cimzia με συμπτώματα λοίμωξης αναπνευστικού;
Καλησπέρα, Είναι ασθενής με ΡΑ και τους τελευταίους 3 μήνες κάνω θεραπεία με βιολογικούς παράγοντες (cimzia). Στο οικογενειακό περιβάλλον άτομο νοσεί με λοίμωξη του αναπνευστικού και χορηγήθηκε αντιβίωση. Μας είπε ο γιατρός ότι είναι κολλητικό. Ήδη νιώθω συμπτώματα όπως βήχα, κεφαλαλγία και κατάρροια. Μπορώ να κάνω την ένεση;

Εφόσον έχετε λοίμωξη ΔΕΝ πρέπει να πάρετε βιολογικό παράγοντα. Μετά την αποδρομή της λοίμωξης, μπορείτε να συνεχίσετε το βιολογικό παράγοντα κανονικά.
Το ίδιο συμβαίνει και σε περίπτωση που χρειαστεί να πάρετε αντιβίωση. Δηλαδή, όσο παίρνετε αντιβίωση ΔΕΝ θα πάρετε το βιολογικό παράγοντα. Μετά το πέρας της αντιβίωσης μπορείτε να συνεχίσετε το βιολογικό παράγοντα κανονικά.
