Ελαφρύς τριγμός στον πρωκτό κατά την αφόδευση χωρίς πόνο: ανησυχία?

Εδώ και ένα μήνα αισθάνομαι κάτι σαν ελαφρύ τριγμό σαν σκίσιμο υφάσματος στον πρωκτό κυρίως κατά την αφόδευση. Δεν έχω κάποιο πόνο. Δεν έχω κάνει κολονοσκόπηση γιατί φοβάμαι επειδή έχω στένωση παχέος εντέρου. Έχω κάνει 2 φορές τεστ κοπράνων και είναι αρνητικά. Πρέπει να ανησυχώ? Ευχαριστώ
