Υπάρχει λόγος ανησυχίας για αυξημένο PSA μετά από covid και αντιβίωση;
Μια εβδομάδα μετά από την ανάρωση από σχετικά βαριά νόσηση με covid (11ος/2023),άρχισαν έντονες συχνοουρίες.Έκανα PSA μετά από τέσσερις μήνες (3ος/2024),βρέθηκε 4,80 με ratio 24,(είχα 1,55 έξι μήνες πριν τον covid),πήρα αντιβίωση,έπεσε στο 3,20 με ratio 29,ξαναέκανα μετά από δυο μήνες,ξανανέβηκε στο 3,60 με ratio 30,μετά από τρείς μήνες 3.80 με ratio 31 και μετά από έξι μήνες (προχτές) 3,82 με ratio 35.Το υπερηχογράφημα εντάξει με όγκο προστάτη γύρω στα 52 cc σταθερός τα τρία τελευταία χρόνια.Οι συχνοουρίες έφυγαν μετά από την αντιβίωση με ελάχιστες εξαιρέσεις κάποιες μέρες.Υπάρχει λόγος ανησυχίας?Ευχαριστώ.
