Χρειάζονται επιπλέον εξετάσεις πριν τη θεραπεία χρόνιας προστατίτιδας;

καλησπέρα, έχω εδώ και 4 μήνες τα εξής συμπτώματα: μία αίσθηση βάρους στον αριστερό κυρίως όρχι, νυχτερινή συχνοουρία, δύο φορές είχα αίμα στο σπέρμα. επισκέφθηκα ουρολόγο που μετά από υπερηχογράφημα, όπου βρέθηκαν ασβεστώσεις στον προστάτη και ψηλάφηση των όρχεων, διέγνωσε χρόνια προστατίτιδα και μου πρότεινε κατευθείαν θεραπεία με κρουστικά κύματα. επειδή διαβάζω πολλές αρνητικές κριτικές, αναρωτιέμαι δεν πρέπει να γίνουν πρώτα κάποιες εξετάσεις για να υπάρχει σωστή διάγνωση;
