Τι να κάνω αν το PSA αυξήθηκε και έχω δυσκολία στην ούρηση στα 67 μου;

Καλησπέρα.είμαι 67 ετών.Κάνω κάθε 6 μήνες τσεκάπ και ανά τακτά διαστήματα και PSA .Πριν από 6 μήνες έκανα πάλι PSA και είχε ανέβει στο 4,52 με βάση το 4,5.Μετά από έξι μήνες ξαναέκανα και είχε πάει στο 9,45.Πήρα ciproxin 500mg και ανέβηκε στο 10,15.Το μόνο πρόβλημά αυτή τη στιγμή που έχω είναι λίγο στην ούρηση .Τι πρέπει να κάνω
