Θεραπεία για χρόνια προστατίτιδα και επιπτώσεις καφέ/αλκοόλ στην ούρηση;
Σας χαιρετώ θα ήθελα την γνώμη σας το 2012 είχα κάνει αναλύσεις σπέρματος και έβγαλε την πρώτη φορά στρεπτόκοκκο και μετά εντερόκοκκο πήρα αντιβίωση και στους 3 μήνες έκανα αναλύσεις και ήταν καθαρό το σπέρμα έκτοτε έχω θέμα με την ούρηση στην ροή των ούρων και μετά από κατανάλωση καφέ ή αλκοόλ έχω συχνοουρία έκανα ultra sound ο προστάτης μου είναι 22 ml όταν κατουρώ νιώθω ότι δεν αδειάζει η κύστη δηλαδή υπάρχει κάποια θεραπεία ή απλά να σταματήσω καφέ και αλκοόλ ? Λογικά θα έχω χρόνια προστατίτιδα ? Επίσης με βολεύει να κατουρώ καθιστός γιατί νιώθω ότι αδειάζει καλύτερα πρέπει να κάνω εξετάσεις ? Επίσης όταν εκσπερματώσω κατουρώ καλύτερα
