Prostatitis briklin ceftriaxone

Πρέπει να με δει ουρολόγος μετά προστατίτιδα με e coli, enterococcus και πυοσφαίρια;

Γειά σας πέρασα μια προστατίτιδα για 4 μήνες. Υπήρχε φλεγμονή με άφθονες αποικίες e coli κ enterococcus. Μου χορηγήθηκε 1 μήνα augmentin κ ενέσεις briklin. Σε νέα καλλιέργεια σπέρματος βρέθηκε μόνο άφθονες αποικίες e coli κ πολλά πυοσφαίρια. Μετά ενδοφλέβια με ceftriaxone ένιωσα καλύτερα αλλά τα συμπτώματα υπάρχουν σε μικρότερο βαθμό όπως ενοχληση(τσούξιμο) μετά ούρηση, συχνοουρία, στο περίνεο, εκσπερμάτιση. Έκανα νέες εξετάσεις καλλ.ούρων αρνητική και σπέρματος βρέθηκε μικρή ανάπτυξη enterococcus κ πυοσφαίρια 1-3κοκ. Πιστεύετε χρειάζεται να με δει ουρολόγος; κάποια αγωγή;;; Είναι ερεθισμένο;; Ευχαριστώ..
