Πρέπει να ανησυχώ για αυξημένο προστάτη και αλλαγές στο PSA στα 65;
Καλησπέρα σας είχα συχνοουρία το νύχτα σηκωνόμουν 1,2 φορές αλλά και την ημέρα ήθελα αρκετά συχνά να πηγαίνω τουαλέτα έκανα υπέρηχο κάτω κοιλίας και η διάγνωση ήταν πως ο προστάτης ελέγχεται με αυξημένες διαστάσεις, ενδοκυστική προβολή του μέσου λοβού, σχετική ανομοιογένεια της ηχοδομής αυτού και με παρουσία αποτιτανώσεων (το πιθανό αφορούν παλαιές προστατίτιδες) ο όγκος προστάτη 110cc, επισκέφτηκα ουρολόγο δακτυλική εξέταση, η εξέταση psa ήταν 3.18 το psa ελεύθερο 1.365 και psa ratio (λόγος psa) 0,43 % ο γιατρός μου χορήγησε το duodart αυτά τον Φεβρουάριο και μέσα Μαΐου ξαναέκανα psa με τιμή 1,2410ng/ml και psa ελεύθερο 0,5110 και psa ratio 0,41% είμαι 65 ετών πρέπει να ανησυχώ; Σας ευχαριστώ εκ των προτέρων.
