Πώς να μειώσω το PSA από 4,2 με χρόνια προστατίτιδα και αρνητικές εξετάσεις;
Καλημέρα σας γιατρέ.. Σεπτέμβριος 2022 psa 3,9, Ιανουάριος 23, psa Έκανα πολύ παραμετρική, αξονική, μαγνητική με αρνητικά για κακοήθεια αποτελέσματα... διαγνώστηκα με χρόνια προστατίτιδα.. άρχισα alfural. Αύγουστος 2024, PSA 3,85.. συνέχισα με alfural και πρόσθεσα rafuster... μέσα σε έξι μήνες το μέγεθος του προστάτη από 70 εκατοστά μειώθηκε σε 40.. ουρογράφημα στα φυσιολογικά, κανένα σύμπτωμα τσούξιμο νυκτουρία κλπ. δακτυλοσκοπικά ο προστάτης κρίνεται μαλακός.. το psa όμως πήγε 4,2... τι να κάνω για να πέσει; οικολογική εξέταση αρνητική.
