Πόνος στους όρχεις, πίεση στην κοιλιά και δυσκολία στην ούρηση: αιτίες;

Καλησπέρα εδώ και μέρες αισθάνομαι πόνο στους όρχεις και πολύ έντονη πίεση στο κάτω μέρος της κοιλιάς. Ακόμα δυσκολεύομαι κατά την ούρηση και τέλος αισθάνομαι έντονες σουβλιές μέσα στην μέρα στον πρωκτό και δυσκολεύομαι στα αέρια. Τι θα μπορούσε να είναι αυτό σας ευχαριστώ
