Πολυπαραμετρική προστάτη, αυξημένο PSA, χρόνια προστατίτιδα, GRAMINN;

Καλημέρα με τις πολυπαραμετρικές προστάτη που κάνω ανά τακτά διαστήματα λόγω αυξημένου PSA στο 10 πέφτει στο 7 ξαναπάει στο 10 έχω κάνει και βιοψία αρνητική όπως και η δακτυλική είναι καλή, όλες είναι PIRADS 2 με διάγνωση χρόνια προστατίτιδα που δεν καταλαβαίνω, μικροί υπερπλαστικοί όζοι, χωρίς περιορισμό μοριακής διάχυσης και εστιακές αλλοιώσεις ίδιες από το 2021 μέχρι σήμερα ο όγκος είναι 29cc. Πρέπει να κάνω κάτι άλλο και αν πιστεύετε ότι το σκεύασμα GRAMINN θα με βοηθήσει.
