Ποια η θεραπεία για καυσο, άσπρο εκκριμα, και ουρεόπλασμα με υψηλό PSA και καθετήρα;

Ο σύζυγος υποφέρει εδώ και τέσσερεις μήνες από συμπωματα καυσου ,άσπρο εκριμμα και έχει καθετηρα κάναμε εξετασεις ουρων είχε πυοσφαιρια και λίγο αίμα ανεβασμενο το psa .Κατόπιν κάναμε καλλιέργεια του εκτιμάται και του βρήκαν το μικρόβιο ουρεοπλασματος είναι η πάθηση του η προστατιτιδα η υπερπλασια του προστατη όπως μας λέει ο ουρολογοςη και τα δύο μαζί και ποια η θεραπεια;

  • φαρμακευτική και για τις 2 παθήσεις,ανειναι προχωρημένη η υπερπλασία ίσως να συζητήσετε και την διουρηθρικη αφαίρεση του προστάτη
