Prostatitis vibramycin zithromax

Ουρεόπλασμα, υπερπλασία προστάτη και πόνος: Τι μπορεί να φταίει;

Καλησπέρα. Είμαι 48 ετών. Έχω ουρεόπλασμα εδώ και 5 μήνες. Έχω πάρει vibramycin στην αρχή για 10 ημέρες και μετά για 1 μήνα μαζί με zithromax. Ο προστάτης στον υπέρηχο βρέθηκε 40ml, το psa 1.7 και πριν λίγες ημέρες 50 ml. Η ούρηση δεν έχει ακτίνα. Έχω πόνο κατά την εκσπερμάτωση που κρατάει για ημέρες και στη γύρω περιοχή. Είμαι σε απόγνωση. Λέτε εκτός από το ουρεόπλασμα η υπερπλασία προστάτη να οφείλεται σε κάτι πιο σοβαρό;
