Πρέπει να αλλάξω αντιβιοτικό για προστάτιδα από ecoli αν τα συμπτώματα παραμένουν;

Καλησπέρα Τους τελευταίους 6 μήνες έχω 3 περιστατικά λοίμωξης στο σπερμα από ecoli με ενοχλήσεις πίσω απο την γεννητική περιοχή. Ο Ιατρος μου διέγνωσε προστάτιδα που δεν θεραπεύτηκε πλήρως τις προηγούμενες φορές και αυτή την φορά μου χορήγησε tavanic. Μετά από 10 περιπου μέρες θεραπείας με tavanic τα συμπτώματα παραμένουν τα ίδια . Πρέπει να γίνει αλλαγή αντιβιοτικού? Είναι δύσκολο να θεραπευτεί πληρως η προστάτιδα ?
