Έχω ενόχληση και διόγκωση στον όρχι: υποψία ορχεοεπιδιδυμίτιδας;

Καλησπέρα αας και χρόνια πολλά πριν μερικούς μήνες είχα κάνει καλλιέργεια σπέρματος και είχε μικρή ανάπτυξη e- coli μετα την αντιβίωση που πείρα για 15 ημέρες έκανα ξανά καλλιέργεια σπέρματος κ βγήκε αρνητική (10+ ημέρες απο τέλος αντιβίωσης) τώρα τελευταία έχω μια ενόχληση στον αριστερό ορχη που ίσως μου φαίνεται ώρες όλες σαν να εχω και μικρή διόγκωση, υπάρχει περίπτωση να έχω ορχεοεπιδιδυμίτιδα
