Επαναλαμβανόμενη επιδιδυμίτιδα παρά τη θεραπεία και αρνητικές καλλιέργειες: Τι μπορεί να φταίει;

Καλησπέρα σας, 1) Σεπτέμβριος 2023 διαγνώστηκα με Επιδιδυμίτιδα και πήρα Ciproxin 3 κουτιά για 15 ημέρες 2) Ιανουάριο 2024 πάλι Επιδιδυμίτιδα και πήρα Prixina 4 κουτιά για 20 ημέρες 3) Ιανουάριο 2025 πάλι Επιδιδυμίτιδα και πήρα Ciproxin 3 κουτιά για 15 ημέρες 4) Απρίλιο 2025 ΕΠΙΤΕΛΟΥΣ μετά από άπειρες καλλιέργειες ούρων/σπέρματος που έκανα εγώ και έβγαιναν αρνητικές έτυχε και έκανε τεστ παπ η κοπέλα μου και βγήκε θετική σε Ureaplasma spp. ≥10⁵ CFU/ml οπότε πήρα TRAVILAN 1 δόση στο οπίσθιο και Vibramycin 4 κουτιά έκανα καλλιέργειες ούρων/σπέρματος και βγήκαν αρνητικές. 5) Μάιο 2025 πάλι με πόνεσε ο δεξί όρχις και πήγα στο γιατρό όπου βρήκε πάλι Επιδιδυμίτιδα και μου έδωσε άλλα 2 κουτιά Vibramycin και 3 κουτιά Ciproxin Τι πιστεύετε; Έχετε κάποια παρόμοια περίπτωση; Τι μπορεί να είναι; * Σεξ πάντα με προφυλακτικό * Πάνω από 3 triplex όλα φυσιολογικά * Πάνω από 4 καλλιέργειες όλες αρνητικές
