Enterococcus στο σπερμοδιάγραμμα: Χρειάζεται θεραπεία χωρίς συμπτώματα;

Καλησπέρα ! Μετά από σπερμοδιάγραμμα βρέθηκε Enterococcus >10^4. Ο ουρολόγος μου είπε ότι είναι σε μικρή ποσότητα και αφού δεν έχω συμπτώματα να μην πάρω αντιβίωση μιας και εκριζώνεται δύσκολα. Εγώ προβληματίζομαι όμως να μην κάνω καμία ενέργεια και θέλω μια 2η γνώμη. Ευχαριστώ
