Εκσπερμάτωση χωρίς σπέρμα στα 62 με διόγκωση προστάτη και χρήση zidrolin

Είμαι 62 ετών. Υπάρχει μια ελαφρά διόγκωση του προστάτη και εδώ και δύο χρόνια μου χορηγείται zidrolin. Το τελευταίο εξάμηνο, κατά την διάρκεια της σεξουαλικής πράξης, στην οποία δεν έχει αλλάξει κάτι, ενώ αισθάνομαι ότι εκσπερματιζω κανονικά, δεν βγαίνει καθόλου σπέρμα!
