Aύξηση psa μετά από covid ή προστατίτιδα; Πότε είναι αξιόπιστη η τιμή;

Γειά σας, πριν 6 μήνες έκανα psa test και βρέθηκε 2,1. Πέρασα covid πριν 15 ημέρες κ ξαναέκανα psa και βγαίνει 16,5 με δείκτη free/total 0,75. Ο ουρολόγος μου σύστησε ciproxin για προστατιτιδα και επανάληψη μετα την αγωγή psa. Υπάρχει περίπτωση η αύξηση να οφείλεται στον covid και όχι σε προστατιτιδα?
