Κατάλληλη αντιμετώπιση για αδενοκαρκίνωμα προστάτη Gleason 7 με εστία στην ηβική σύμφυση;
Με psa7,5 ο πατέρας μου διαγνώστηκε με αδενοκαρκινωμα προστάτη Gleason 7(4+3)Στην CT Δεν ανευρέθηκαν άλλα ευρήματα πέραν του προστάτη.Σπερματοδοχος κύστη ελεύθερη όπως και οι λεμφαδένες.Στο σπινθηρογράφημα όμως εντοπίστηκε μικρή εστία στην ηβική σύμφυση.Ποια πιστεύετε ότι είναι η καταλληλότερη αντιμετώπιση?Μας είπαν για ριζική προστατεκτομή σε συνδυασμό με άλλη θεραπεία.Ξεχασα να αναφέρω ότι είναι 76 ετών χωρίς συνοδά νοσήματα.
