Αιματουρία μετά από επέμβαση TURIS: Είναι απαραίτητο το ανοιχτό χειρουργείο προστάτη;
Γεια σας, ο πατέρας μου έχει κάνει επέμβαση turis γιατι είχε πάθει πολλές φορές επίσχεση ούρων. 4 μήνες μετά την επέμβαση παθαίνει αιματουρία ανα τακτά χρονικά διαστήματα. Είναι πιθανόν κάτι να έχει πάει στραβά στην επέμβαση; Ο γιατρός μας προτείνει τώρα να κάνουμε ανοιχτο χειρουργείο προστάτη λόγω μεγάλου καλοήθη προστάτη. Υπάρχει άλλη επεμβαση που μπορούμε να κάνουμε; (για να αποφύγουμε το χειρουργειο) Ευχαριστώ πολύ!
