Γνώμη ειδικών για ριζική προστατεκτομή σε ηλικία 66 με PSA 8.7 και PIRADS 4
Είμαι 66 ετων. Με psa 8.7 ο ουρολόγος μου έδωσε αντιβίωση και ξαναέκανα μετά psa 5,7. Με έστειλε για μαγνητική πολυπαραμετρική όπου βρέθηκα 2 πιθανές εστίες με pirads 4 εντός του προστάτη.. Ακολουθησε βιοψία με σκορ 9(4+5), και μετά καθαρό σπινθηρογράφημα και αξονική κάτω κοιλίας. Μου πρότεινε ριζική προστατεκτομή με πιθανό καθαρισμό λεμφαδένων. Σας παρακαλώ θα ήθελα τη γνώμη ειδικών
