Πρόπτωση μήτρας στα 60: Μπορεί να προκαλέσει ουρολοίμωξη; Χρειάζεται χειρουργείο;
Γεια σας εχω προπτωση μητρας βγαινει εξω απο τον κολπο και φην πιανω και την σπροχνω μεσα. Πειτε μου μπορει να παθω ουρολοιμοξη.Πως διορθωνεται το προβλημα μονο με χειρουργειο. Ειμαι 60 χρονων. Ευχαριστω.

Καλησπέρα σας. Θα πρέπει να σας εξετάσει ένας γυναικολόγος για να δει τον βαθμό της προπτωσης που έχετε και τα συμπτώματα που σας προκαλεί. Ναι οι ουρολοιμωξεις μπορεί να είναι πιο συχνές στις γυναίκες με προπτωση επειδή η κύστη δεν αδειάζει τελείως. Το αν χρειάζεται χειρουργείο ή αν μπορεί να αντιμετωπιστει με κάποιον πεσσό (δηλαδή ένα δακτύλιο που μπαίνει κολπικά) εξαρτάται όπως σας είπα από τον βαθμό της προπτωσης. Ελπίζω να βοήθησα έστω και στο ελάχιστο. Καλή συνέχεια.

Καλημέρα, το πρόβλημα σας λύνεται οριστικά μόνο με χειρουργειο. Ναι μπορεί να είστε πιο επιρρεπής σε ουρολοιμώξεις.
