Ασχολούμαι με τη γυμναστική εδώ και αρκετά χρόνια. Εδώ και περίπου 2 εβδομάδες έχουν αρχίσει να με πονάνε και οι δυο ώμοι και ο πόνος απλώνεται μέχρι το βραχίονα και την ωμοπλάτη. Οι ώμοι με πονάνε ακόμα και σε κατάσταση ηρεμίας, ακόμα και στο υπνο. Αυτές τις εβδομάδες έχω σταματήσει εντελώς την προπόνηση στο γυμναστήριο για να ξεκουράσω τους ωμους μου. Έχω τενοντιτιδα ωμου. Θα ήθελα να σας ρωτήσω αν μπορώ να συνεχίσω την προπόνηση των ωμων με λάστιχα και στη συνέχεια με βαρακια (2κιλα, το πολύ 3κιλα) ή είναι πιθανό να πάθω ρηξη τενοντα?
