Χρήση Losec: Πόσο καιρό είναι ασφαλές χωρίς ανάπτυξη πολυπόδων;

Καλησπέρα σας. το Losec για πόσους μήνες συνεχόμενα μπορώ να το πάρω με ασφάλεια και να μην δημιουργηθεί η πιθανότητα ανάπτυξης πολυπόδων? αν για παράδειγμα το πάρω για 9 συνεχόμενους μήνες στη συνέχεια το σταματήσω για 3 μήνες και στη συνέχεια το ξαναρχίσω είμαι ασφαλής? σας ευχαριστώ

  • Δεν υπάρχουν τόσο ξεκάθαρα δεδομένα για διάρκεια πέραν της οποίας αυξάνει η πιθανότητα για κυστικούς πολύποδες στομάχου. Για συνεχόμενη λήψη πάνω από 2 μήνες, η πιθανότητα υπάρχει (και εξαρτάται όχι μόνο από τη διάρκεια αλλά και από τη δόση του φαρμάκου). Να σημειωθεί ότι οι κυστικοί πολύποδες του στομάχου (εφόσον επιβεβαιωθεί με βιοψια ότι είναι κυστικοί) δεν συνδέονται με κακόηθες δυναμικό.
