Κάθε σωληνώδες αδένωμα στο παχύ έντερο εξελίσσεται σε καρκίνο;
Καλησπέρα. Κάθε σωληνωδες αδενωμα παχέος εντέρου θα εξελιχθεί σε καρκίνο? Αν αφαιρεθεί εγκαίρως, παύει να κινδυνεύει ο ασθενής?

Τα αδενώματα εξελίσσονται πάντα σε καρκίνο και γι'αυτό τα αφαιρούμε. Αν έχει αφαιρεθεί σωστά τελειώνει το ζήτημα από το συγκεκριμένο αδένωμα. Μπορεί βεβαίως να βγούν άλλα, εξ' ου και οι επαναληπτικές κολονοσκοπήσεις.
