Εκτίμηση για ευμεγέθη έμμισχο πολύποδα 5 εκ σε ηπατική καμπή 65χρονου
Ο σύζυγος ηλικίας 65 ετών, έκανε ενδοσκόπηση κατώτερου πεπτικού. Αφαιρέθηκαν δύο επίπεδοι πολύποδες 0,3 και 0,5 εκ καθώς και έτερος άμισχος 1,2. Επί της ηπατικής καμπής παρατηρείται ευμεγέθης έμμισχος πολύποδας. IP 5 εκ περίπου, η φύση και το μέγεθος υπαγορεύουν την εκτομή τους σε νοσοκομείο. Παρακαλώ πολύ θα ήθελα την εκτίμησή σας.....

Τέτοιου μεγέθους πολύποδες λόγω επικινδυνότητας αφαιρούνται πάντα σε νοσοκομείο και με τις ανάλογες προφυλάξεις. Για να πω περισσότερα θα ήθελα να ξέρω και περισσότερα.

Πολύποδες άνω του ενός εκατοστού χρίζουν πολυπεκτομής με διαθερμία.

Εάν όντως έχετε αναφέρει τη διάσταση σωστά, ως 5εκ., πρόκειται για ιδιαίτερα μεγάλο πολύποδα για τον οποίο θα πρέπει πρώτα να συζητήσετε με τον ενδοσκόπο στο τμήμα που θα αποταθείτε, δείχνοντας και τις φωτογραφίες από την ενδοσκόπηση ώστε καταρχάς να υπάρξει μια πρώτη εκτίμηση εάν μπορεί να αφαιρεθεί ενδοσκοπικά στο συγκεκριμένο τμήμα.
