Τι προκαλεί εκκρίσεις καφέ χρώματος με σύνδρομο πολυκυστικών ωοθηκών;
Καλησπέρα. Είμαι 22 χρονών και σύνδρομο πολυκυστικών ωοθηκών, ωστόσο είναι μικροκυστικές. Έπρεπε να μου έρθει περίοδος στις 9 Νοεμβρίου. Από τις 5 Νοεμβρίου είχα κάποιες εκκρίσεις και μου ήρθε κανονικά στις 15 Νοεμβρίου. Από τις 20 Νοεμβρίου μέχρι και σήμερα έχω ακόμα κάποια υγρά σε κόκκινα ή καφέ χρώμα. Καλησπέρα! Φαίνεται ότι ίσως υπάρχει κάποια παρανόηση, καθώς ο όρος "μικροκυστικές ωοθήκες" δεν είναι σαφής. Συνήθως, αναφερόμαστε είτε σε πολυκυστικές ωοθήκες (σύνδρομο πολυκυστικών ωοθηκών - ΣΠΩ) είτε σε άλλες καταστάσεις, όπως μεμονωμένες κύστεις.
Τα συμπτώματα που περιγράφεις, όπως οι παρατεταμένες εκκρίσεις κόκκινου ή καφέ χρώματος, μπορεί να σχετίζονται με το ΣΠΩ, αλλά είναι σημαντικό να εξεταστείς για να αποκλειστούν άλλες αιτίες, όπως πολύποδες, κύστεις στις ωοθήκες ή ορμονικές διαταραχές.
