Είναι ανησυχητικό το αίμα εκτός περιόδου με πολυκυστικές ωοθήκες;
Καλησπέρα. Είμαι 22 ετών με σύνδρομο πολυκυστικών ωοθηκών. Δεν έχω σταθερό κύκλο. Η τελευταία μου περίοδος ήταν στις 23/06/2023. Από τις 13 Ιουλίου μέχρι και σήμερα 20 Ιουλίου όταν σκουπίζομαι έχω αίμα, αλλά όχι για να γεμίσει σερβιέτα. Είναι ανησυχητικό;

Είναι πολύ μεγάλο το διάστημα των δύο ετών που δεν έχετε περίοδο. Χρειάζεται διερεύνηση και λύση. Σχετικά με την παρούσα διαταραχή αρχικά πρέπει να αποκλειστεί περίπτωση εγκυμοσύνης και αν είναι αρνητικό το αποτέλεσμα τότε να υποβληθειτε σε εξέταση προκειμένου να δείτε γιατί συμβαίνει αυτή η διαταραχή.

Καλησπέρα. Γενικά αυτό που περιγράφετε δεν είναι σπάνιο σε γυναίκες με πολυκυστικές ωοθήκες και μπορεί να οφείλεται σε ορμονική ανισορροπία και να μην σημαίνει κάτι σοβαρό.
Παρόλα αυτά, επειδή έχουν περάσει αρκετές μέρες χωρίς να ξεκινήσει κανονική περίοδος κ επειδή σαφώς δεν γνωρίζουμε το πλήρες ιστορικό σας, καλό είναι να σας δει ένας γυναικολόγος. Ίσως χρειάζεται να γίνει ένας υπέρηχος για να βρούμε τι συμβαίνει και πώς μπορεί να ρυθμιστεί καλύτερα ο κύκλος σας.
