Πόνος αριστερά στο θώρακα όταν αναπνέω και πρησμένες αμυγδαλές;

Καλησπερα . Εχω ενα πονο στο αριστερο μερος του θωρακα πανω στο στηθος . Κυριως οταν ανασαινω .Σαν τσιμπημα δυνατο . Να σημειωθει οτι αισθανομαι και πρησμενες τις αμυγδαλες μου χωρις ομως να με πονανε. Τι μπορει να ειναι;
