Πυκνή αιματουρία μετά από λιθοτριψία και εκσπερμάτωση: Ανησυχία?

Στις 08/05/25 έκανα λιθοτριψία για δύο πέτρες στον αριστερό νεφρό 14 χ και 9 αντίστοιχα με επόμενο ραντεβού μετά από 35 ημέρες. Στις 20 ημέρες από το πρωί έχω πυκνή αιματουρία χωρίς ιδιαίτερο πόνο. Επηρεάζει το γεγονός της εκσπερμάτωσης που προηγήθηκε? Ευχαριστώ.
