Λίθος 7x11 χιλ. στον αριστερό ουρητήρα: μπορεί να αποβληθεί μόνος του;
Καλησπέρα. Έκανα αξονική και βρέθηκε λίθος χαμηλά στον αριστερό ουρητήρα 7 x 11 χιλ. σε απόσταση 1,5 εκ. από την κυστεοουρητηρική συμβολή. Ο Ουρολόγος μου σύστησε Alfural για να διευκολυνθεί και να διολισθήσει στην κύστη. Σύστησε επίσης να απευθυνθώ σε νοσοκομείο για πιθανή λιθοτριψία. Υπάρχει περίπτωση να αποβληθεί μόνος του;

Υπαρχει αυξημενη πιθανοτητα να αποβληθει.Λιθοτριψια εξωσωματικη γινεται σε νεφρολιθιαση οχι σε λιθο ουρητηρα.Εκει γινεται ενδοσκοπικη ουρητηρολιθοτριψια.

Αν δεν αποβληθεί μετά από μία βδομάδα χρειάζεται αφαίρεση με λαβίδα

Καλησπέρα σας,πολύ δύσκολο να αποβληθεί μόνο του και λόγω σημειου συνήθως εκεί παγιδεύεται γιατί στενεύει.Σωστά σας έδωσε Alfuralγια να βοηθήσει αλλά το πιθανότερο είναι να κάνετε λιθοτριψία.Να πίνετε άφθονο νερό πάνω από 2 λίτρα ημερησίως και μην περιμένετε πολύ αν έχετε συμπτώματα όπως πόνος ή πυρετό αμέσως στο νοσοκομείο για αντιμετώπιση.Καλή ανάρρωση και Ευχαριστώ πολύ .
