Ζαχαρώδης διαβήτης, κοκκινίλες πέους, φίμωση, πόνος, φαγούρα, τσούξιμο

Έχω ζαχαρώδη διαβήτη, παίρνω 1 χρόνο jardiance 25x. Έχω μεγάλο θέμα στο πέος, κοκκινίλες και εκρήξεις λευκού υγρού γύρω από τη βάλανο, πόνο, φαγούρα και τσούξιμο. Επίσης δημιουργήθηκε φίμωση. Βάζω κρέμα travogen και πριν την sarmel όμως χωρίς αποτέλεσμα. Πονάω και δεν ξέρω τι να κάνω. Ευχαριστώ

  • Μάλλον κάνετε βαλανοποσθιτιδες σχετιζόμενες με το ΣΔ και υπάρχει περίπτωση να εχει καταλήξει σε ουλωδη φίμωση . Πρέπει να σας εξετάσει κάποιος πιθανως και με την προοπτική χειρουργικής επέμβασης.
