Πρόσφατη περιτομή: πώς να διαχειριστώ τον πόνο από την επαφή με τα εσώρουχα;

Έχω κάνει πρόσφατα περιτομή κι έχω ακόμη τα ράμματα.ομως δεν αντέχω με τίποτα την επαφή με το εσωρουχο και φοράω γάζα. Τι θα κάνω από δω και πέρα; Ο γιατρός είπε ότι θα το συνηθίσω,όμως εδώ και δύο εβδομάδες που έχω κάνει την επέμβαση ,κοντεύω να τρελαθώ γιατί είναι αδύνατον να το συνηθίσω.
