Πρήξιμο μετά από περιτομή και έλλειψη πρωινών στύσεων: Φυσιολογικό;

Καλησπέρα σας. Έκανα περιτομή τέλη Ιουλίου. Όταν εκσπερματώνω εκεί πάνω που τελειώνει το δέρμα ας πούμε πρήζεται και γίνεται σαν χοντρό σωσίβιο. Είναι φυσιολογικό; Αν ναι πόσο κρατάει; Πριν κάποιους μήνες είχα πάει στον ουρολόγο μου δεν βρήκε κάτι μου είπε. Δεν πονάει καθόλου απλά είναι άσχημο εμφανισιακά. Επίσης η έλλειψη πρωινών στύσεων συνδέεται κάπως ή είναι ψυχολογικό; Ευχαριστώ εκ των προτέρων
