Ξηροδερμία στη βάλανο μετά από περιτομή: Αντιμετώπιση και λύσεις?

Καλησπέρα. Έκανα περιτομή πριν 3 μήνες. Μετά τους 2 μήνες, έπειτα από αυνανισμό, βλέπω ξηροδερμία στη βάλανο. Πλένομαι με νερό και εξαφανίζεται άμεσα. Κατά τη διάρκεια της μέρας βγαίνουν ξανά μικρά ''άσπρα''. Το πρωί που ξυπνάω έχω περισσότερα ''άσπρα''. Πλένομαι πάλι με νερό και εξαφανίζονται, μέχρι να εμφανιστούν ξανά σταδιακά. Τι μπορώ να κάνω?
