Ξηροδερμία και ερυθρότητα στη βάλανο μετά το σεξ, χρήση Φιμοσίν, τι να κάνω;

Γεια σας είμαι 55 ετών εδώ κ κάμποσο καιρό, βλέπω μια ξηροδερμία στο δέρμα που καλύπτει τη βάλανο, όταν κάνω σεξ μετά από αυτό έχω ερυθρότητα στο δέρμα γύρω, κ μια φορά που έκανα έντονα είδα λίγο αίμα στο χαρτί. Μου έδωσε ο φαρμακοποιός την Φιμοσίν, αλλά δεν βλέπω να επανέρχεται στη κατάσταση που ήταν πριν 2 έτη ας πούμε, βεβαίως είναι στην αρχή της θεραπείας, αν δε δω αποτελέσματα να επισκεφθώ ειδικό;
