Καρούμπαλο μετά από περιτομή και αλλαγή μεγέθους πέους στη στύση, φυσιολογικό;

Καλησπέρα, έκανα περιτομή και είμαι στην 15 μέρα, όταν είμαι σε στύση υπάρχει ένα “καρούμπαλο” ακριβώς κάτω από τη βάλανο. Επίσης μου φαίνεται μικρότερο από ό,τι πριν είναι φυσιολογικό;
