Απουσία ευαισθησίας στη βάλανο μετά από περιτομή και λειχήνα: Θεραπεία;

Καλησπέρα ! Είμαι 43 ετών , εδώ και 22 χρόνια έχει που έκανα περιτομή. Ωστόσο έχω σκληροατροφικό λειχήνα στη βάλανο . Η απουσία ευαισθησίας της βαλάνου , οφείλεται στην περιτομή καθεαυτή ή στον λειχήνα; Δεν νιώθω δηλαδή σχεδόν τίποτα στην βάλανο. Υπάρχει κάποια θεραπεία για να αυξήσω την ευαισθησία της βαλάνου; ;
