Τι σημαίνουν τα Χ στο τεστ Παπ αν το αποτέλεσμα είναι αρνητικό για καρκίνο;
Στα αποτελέσματα του τεστ Παπ έχει κάτι Χ σε κάποιες επιλογές. Αυτό σημαίνει κάτι? Όπως έχει στα κύτταρα στο επιπολής ένα Χ Στο διάμεσα 3 Χ και στο μεταπλαστικά 1 Χ αλλά το αποτέλεσμα κάτω γράφει αρνητικό για καρκίνο. Να αγχωθώ μήπως έχω κάτι άλλο? πχ AIDS?

Καλησπέρα σας, το τεστ ΠΑΠ είναι μια προληπτική εξέταση που ανιχνεύει κυτταρικές αλλοιώσεις στον τράχηλο της μήτρας που μπορεί να οφείλονται σε φλεγμονή ,HPV ή προκαρκινικές καταστάσεις.
Τα παραπάνω που αναφέρεται δεν αφορούν παθολογικές αλλοιώσεις αλλά μια καταγραφή της κυτταρικής σύστασης του επιχρίσματος (τα φυσιολογικά κύτταρα που παρατηρούνται στο δείγμα).
Δεν υπάρχει λοιπόν λόγος ανησυχίας .

Καλησπέρα σας. Τα Χ στο τεστ Παπ δείχνουν απλώς ποια κύτταρα φάνηκαν στο δείγμα κ είναι φυσιολογική καταγραφή και δεν δείχνουν ότι υπάρχει κάποιο πρόβλημα.
Αφού το αποτέλεσμα γράφει “αρνητικό για κακοήθεια”, είναι όλα καλά.
Επίσης, να ξέρετε πως το AIDS δεν ανιχνεύεται με το τεστ Παπ κ είναι εντελώς διαφορετική εξέταση.
Δεν υπάρχει λόγος να ανησυχείτε.
