Τι σημαίνει παρακεράτωση και φλεγμονή στο τεστ Παπ μετά από γέννα;
Καλησπέρα σας.Γεννησα πριν 1 χρονο ειμαι 29 ετών..Εκανα τεστ παπ το οποιο έλεγε..Αρνητικο για κακοήθεια υλικό. Εικονα φλεγμονης,παρακεράτωση... Τι ακριβώς ειναι αυτο; Ειναι κατι σοβαρο;

Καλησπέρα σας. Το τεστ Παπ σας δείχνει ότι δεν υπάρχει κακοήθεια ή λοίμωξη από τον HPV, κάτι που είναι πολύ θετικό. Η παρακεράτωση και η εικόνα φλεγμονής σημαίνουν ότι μπορεί να υπάρχει μια ήπια τοπική φλεγμονή ή ερεθισμός στον τράχηλο. Συνήθως δεν είναι κάτι σοβαρό, αλλά καλό θα ήταν να ακολουθήσετε τις οδηγίες του γυναικολόγου σας, που πιθανώς θα συστήσει θεραπεία ή επανέλεγχο. Ελπίζω να βοήθησα.
