Καλησπέρα σας. Ιδανικά γίνεται από την 10η έως την 20ή μέρα του κύκλου, δηλαδή μετά το τέλος της περιόδου και πριν την ωορρηξία, όταν δεν υπάρχει αίμα ή αυξημένα κολπικά υγρά που μπορεί να αλλοιώσουν το δείγμα. Πρακτικά όμως θα μπορούσε να γίνει οποιαδήποτε μέρα που δεν έχετε αίμα.
