Είναι σοβαρή η λοίμωξη από HPV (LSIL κατά Bethesda) στο τεστ ΠΑΠ μου;
Καλησπέρα, στο πρόσφατο τεστ ΠΑΠ μου βρέθηκαν τα εξής : Πλακώδη επιθηλιακά κύτταρα, αρκετά από την επιπολής και πολλά από τη διάμεση στιβάδα, λίγα εκ των οποίων με αντιδραστικές αλλοιώσεις.Από τον ενδοτράχηλο ανευρίσκονται αρκετά αδενικά κύτταρα σε ομάδες και μεμονωμένα χωρίς αξιόλογα ευρήματα. Στο υπόστρωμα διακρίνονται λίγα πολυμορφοπύρηνα. Μεταξύ των φυσιολογικών πλακωδών κυττάρων παρατηρούνται σπάνια κοιλοκύτταρα. Χλωρίδα: (Μικτή) Αρκετά κοκκοβακτηρίδια και γαλακτοβάκιλοι. ΣΥΜΠΕΡΑΣΜΑ: Κυτταρολογικά ευρήματα λοίμωξης από HPV (LSIL κατά Bethesda) . Επειδή έχω ανησυχήσει αρκετά, είναι κάτι αρκετά σοβαρό ή είναι διαχειρίσιμο; Ευχαριστώ εκ των προτέρων!

Φυσικά κ είναι διαχειρίσιμο. Πολλές γυναίκες κ άνδρες ταλαιπωρουνται από λοιμώξεις του hpv. Αυτός όμως είναι κ ο ρόλος του προληπτικου ελέγχου.
