Καλησπέρα. Σε πρόσφατο ΠΑΠ (ήταν μια χαρά, επανεξέταση μετά από ένα έτος) που έκανα έχει μια στήλη Χλωρίδα και από κάτω κολποβακτηρίδια, τριχομονάδες, χλαμύδια, κόκκοι, μύκητες κτλ. Μόνο τα κολποβακτηρίδια είναι τικαρισμένα. Αυτό σημαίνει ότι δεν έχω πχ χλαμύδια ή κάποιον άλλο μύκητα;

Καλησπέρα σας. Τα μικρόβια που αναφέρετε δεν εξετάζονται συνήθως με το τεστ παπ αλλά χρειάζεται να γίνει μια καλλιέργεια κολπικού υγρού για να δούμε εάν κάποιος τα έχει. Το τεστ παπ δείχνει εάν υπάρχουν αλλοιώσεις από τον hpv. Δυστυχώς, πολλές γυναίκες δεν τον γνωρίζουν αυτό κ λανθασμένα θεωρούν ότι ελέγχονται για όλα τα ΣΜΝ με το τεστ Παπ. Ελπίζω να σας φανεί χρήσιμη η απάντηση μου.
