Καλησπέρα πως ξεπερνάω τον φόβο του γυναικολόγου; Υπάρχει κάποιος τρόπος να μην εξεταστώ από κάτω παρά τις σεξουαλικές μου επαφές;

Δεν υπάρχει τρόπος να εξεταστείτε από γυναικολόγο χωρίς να εξετάσει τον κόλπο σας. Θα πρέπει να ηρεμήσετε και να βρείτε έναν γιατρό που να σας εμπνέει εμπιστοσύνη. Πάντα θα είναι άβολη αυτή η εξέταση δυστυχώς.

Καλησπέρα σας. Τον φόβο του γυναικολόγου τον ξεπερνάτε όταν βρείτε έναν γιατρό που σας εξηγεί γιατί γίνεται κάθε διαδικασία κ με ποιόν τρόπο. Από την εμπειρία μου έχω καταλάβει οτι όταν δεν υπάρχει βιασύνη κ είναι σαφές στην ασθενή το κάθε βήμα, τότε όλα γίνονται πιο εύκολα. Προφανώς όλοι οι γυναικολόγοι θα έπρεπε να κατανοούν πόσο άβολη είναι για μια γυναίκα η εξέταση και να φροντίζουν να την κάνουν όσο πιο ανώδυνη μπορούν. Ελπίζω να βοήθησα έστω κ στο ελάχιστο.
