Γεια σας. Είμαι 40 ετών. Κάνω τεστ Παπ κάθε χρόνο και φέτος για πρώτη φορά μου έβγαλε κύτταρα ASCUS. Όλα τα χρόνια μου το test pap έβγαινε αρνητικό για hpv ενώ και το 2014 είχα κάνει hpv dna test και είχε βγει αρνητικό. Το 2022 μου έβγαλε πρώτη φορά το test dna θετικό σε hpv. Επανέλαβα το τεστ dna μετά από ένα χρόνο και ξαναβγήκε θετικό σε hpv. Πριν 2 μήνες έκανα τεστ παπ ενώ πριν 2 εβδομάδες τελείωσα μια θεραπεία που μου έγραψε η ιατρός. Πόσο καιρό πρέπει να περάσει για να κάνω το επόμενο dna test hpv? Ευχαριστώ.

Καλησπέρα σας. Δεν χρειάζεται να κάνετε άλλο hpv dna test. Μια κολποσκόπηση θα μας δείξει τον βαθμό που έχει ή όχι επηρεαστεί ο τράχηλος σας. Η παρουσία του hpv από μόνη της δεν σημαίνει απαραίτητα κ αλλοιώσεις. Ελπίζω να βοήθησα έστω και στο ελάχιστο.
