Καλησπέρα, εχω κάνει ένα τεστ Παπ το οποίο εδειξε πλακωδη κύτταρα: αρκετά Πολυμορφοπυρηνα: λίγα Χλωρίδα: κολποβακτηρίδια. Είναι κάποιο από αυτά ανησυχητικό; Επίσης υπάρχει πιθανότητα κάτι από αυτά να προκαλεί φαγούρα ή κοκκίνισμα στην περιοχή του κόλπου; Ευχαριστώ εκ των προτέρων

Καλησπέρα σας. Όχι, όλα τα παραπάνω είναι φυσιολογικά. Εάν όμως έχετε συμπτώματα από τον κόλπο το τεστ Παπ δεν τα ανιχνεύει. Χρειάζεται να γίνει κλινική εξέταση και καλλιέργεια κολπικού υγρού. Ελπίζω να βοήθησα έστω και στο ελάχιστο.
