Τι σημαίνουν ανεβασμένα πυοσφαίρια και αρνητική καλλιέργεια στα ούρα;
Ο γιος μου 23,5 μηνών εχθές ξύπνησε και όταν κατουρούσε έκλαιγε και τραβούσε την πάνα του πήρα κατευθείαν ούρα και τα πήγα στο μικροβιολογικό η γενική ούρων έδειξε ανεβασμένα πυοσφαίρια 40-50 και ερυθρά 10-12 όμως σήμερα η καλλιέργεια βγήκε αρνητική. Τι μπορεί να συμβαίνει; Σήμερα δεν παραπονιέται όσο εχθές όταν κατουράει αλλά ακόμα και εχθές που ήταν η πρώτη μέρα ήταν πολύ έντονο από το πρωί μέχρι το μεσημέρι στο υπόλοιπο της ημέρας δεν ήταν τόσο έντονο ούτε συμβαίνει σε όλα τα κατουρήματα. Τι μπορεί να είναι; Ευχαριστώ πολύ

Θα πρέπει να τον δει παιδίατρος και όχι ουρολόγος

Καλό θα ήταν να κάνετε επανάληψη και να επισκεφθείτε παιδίατρο

Ήταν στείρα η καλλιέργεια? Υπάρχουν περιπτωσεις που η λοίμωξη είναι ιογενής, και δε βγαίνει κατι στην καλλιέργεια. Να εξεταστεί από Παιδίατρο, αν επιμείνουν τα συμπτώματα.
